Refund policy

We offer a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to request a replacement.


Important Guidelines

  • Returns will not be accepted for:
    • Size issues
    • Quality concerns
    • Personal preferences
      (All product sizes and details are clearly mentioned in the product description.)
  • Replacements are issued only after inspection.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any replacement request.

Partial Prepaid (Cash on Delivery Orders)

  • A nominal fee of ₹49 is charged for Partial Prepaid COD orders.
  • This fee is non-refundable.
  • In case of RTO (Return to Origin), the prepaid amount can be used for a future order.

Eligible Cases for 1-Day Replacement

You may request a replacement only if:

  • You received the wrong item (must be verified via unboxing video)
  • The item is defective or damaged (must be verified via unboxing video)

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • The item is not in its original packaging (including box and inserts)
  • The item is not in its original condition

Replacement Conditions

To qualify for a replacement, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Returned with all original inserts

Additional Terms

  • Replacement/return approval is based on submitted images and videos
  • The company’s decision is final
  • A ₹100 return fee is charged for approved returns related to size issues

Prepaid Order Policy

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the refund will be issued to the in-store wallet, after deducting shipping charges

Payment Responsibility

  • Customers must verify the COD amount before payment
  • We are not responsible for any overpayment made to courier partners

Policy Validity

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted

Refund Policy

  • Approved returns are credited to the in-store wallet as:
    • Discount codes
    • Gift cards
  • No direct refunds to bank accounts or UPI will be provided, except in exceptional cases such as:
    • Significant delivery delays (multiple weeks)
    • Repeated incorrect or damaged deliveries
  • In such cases, refunds will be processed within 4–5 business days (subject to bank processing time)

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Enter your order number and contact details
  2. Select the return/replacement option
  3. Upload:
    • Product photos
    • Unboxing video
  4. If approved, a pickup will be scheduled
  5. After inspection, eligible returns will be credited to your in-store wallet

Return Pickup Availability

  • If return pickup is unavailable in your area:
    • You must courier the product to us
    • Replacement will be processed after inspection

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The wrong item is received

Non-Returnable Items

  • Nepali Rudraksha range
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Note: Premium range products are non-refundable, but come with a 6-month replacement policy.


Exchanges

To exchange a product:

  • Return the original item
  • Place a new order after approval
